*[[Genealogy|Family Genealogy Tree]]: We introduced an absolutely free and collaborative way to maintain your family's ancestry. Most families do not keep written records of their genealogy. Hence, ancestry records are based on living memory. Trying to remember the brothers and sisters of the grandparents can be a struggle without written records. Most families can only remember immediate members of the family. Close first cousins are usually remembered but second cousins are seldom remembered. Z-Wiki's genealogy format will help you keep your written family record straight and will serve as a supplement to your family history records. Z-Wiki is global, so all family members around the world can easily share in their genealogy information online, at any time. Visit any Family Name which starts with the following letters below:

*'''The Spratly islands issue'''
**FROM THE STANDS By Domini M. Torrevillas: May 26, 2011
:Current broadsheets reported that President Aquino wants a dialogue in resolving the Philippine China dispute over the Spratlys. But he also expressed the Philippine position during the visit of Chinese defense minister Liang Guanglie, that the group of Spratlys islands called “Nansha” belongs to the Philippines. It was also reported that he expressed a possible escalation of tension over the disputes in the South China Sea, particularly if Chinese patrol gun boats and jet buzzing planes continue to disturb Philippine explorations in the disputed waters near the Spratlys.

:The position of President Aquino demonstrates that he is aware and very much concerned about the preservation of the territorial integrity of our country. I also think that he understands the relevance and pertinence of the Philippine-China dispute over Spratlys to geo-political undertones surrounding the dispute, as well as the historical failure of his predecessors to act before it became too late as in the case of the loss of North Borneo (now called Sabah) to Malaysia....[http://www.philstar.com/Article.aspx?articleId=689904&publicationSubCategoryId=64 Full Story »]

*'''Church and state clash over sex and condoms in the Philippines'''
**By Kathy Marks, Asia-Pacific Correspondent: May 20, 2011
:A 13-year battle between church and state in the Philippines, one of the world's most devoutly Catholic nations, has come to a head over government plans to provide free condoms and sex education. Catholic bishops have threatened to excommunicate President Benigno Aquino over a reproductive health bill introduced into the Congress yesterday.

:As well as the powerful church, Mr Aquino is opposed by one of the most popular figures in the Philippines, the world champion boxer turned congressman Manny Pacquiao.

:Mr Pacquiao said this week that he would never have been born, or become a champion, if his parents had used contraception. "God said go forth and multiply," he declared. "He did not say just go and have one or two children."...[http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/australasia/church-and-state-clash-over-sex-and-condoms-in-the-philippines-2286084.html Full Story »]

Zamboanga City, "urgullo" de Mindanao. Asia's Latin City and the City of Flowers. Zamboanga City, The Pride of Mindanao. Zamboanga City is located at the tip of the Zamboanga Peninsula and is one of the major cities in Mindanao. It is independent of any province. Zamboanga City is NOT a part of Zamboanga del Sur. The Department of Interior and Local Government of the Philippines (DILG) as of 2010, incorrectly lists Zamboanga City as part of Zamboanga del Sur. It's not only the DILG incorrectly categorizing Zamboanga City as within Zamboanga del Sur. The following government offices are also ignorant: NSCB, COMELEC, PIA (Philippine Information Agency), even the office of the President of the Philippines!
