Are you the gentleman I wrote to about two years ago regarding the family of Antonio Torres. My brother-in-law, Jim Davey, was trying to get in touch with them. He was stationed at the airfield there during WW2. He was able to get in contact and has been corresponding with them ever since. He is thinking of taking a trip to Zamboanga and since he cannot contact them by phone perhaps he could communicate through you. He is also concerned about the safety of travel in the area. The media here has been reporting kidnappings .etc. Can you advise him as to any problems in that regard.
