It is best to maximize your viewing experience by having the same monitor screen setting that a web site was designed for, just like you would experience a special movie in a specified movie screen.  The majority of monitors in use in the world today are 14" and 15" displays, and are mostly defaulted to an 800 X 600 viewing screen size with a medium or larger text size.  Consequently, web designers who want to target the general audience, create their web sites to be viewed within the above parameters.  Although the web designer's results are not always maximized due to each person's viewing preference, it is our intention for everyone to experience this web site in the "800 X 600" display screen setting, and with the viewing text size set at "Smaller."Smaller."  Right below is a chart on how to adjust your resolution settings.  This frame design is not compatible with lower versions of Netscape Navigator. In the near future, we will be introducing a much more simple version of this frame-based site for our older Netscape browser users.
