As far as my childhood memory could remember,in the past days particularly around early 1990's,I could barely recall that as my Father droves our motorcycle,we could simply tell that the road was not that very good at that time.there are lots of holes and in fact during rainy seasons we, the residents had have so much difficulty passing in that road.during hot summer days, one thing i can't forget was that as we tremble down while riding because of the presence of loose gravel. Unfortunately, our family transfered to Bohol leaving our house with some lodgers. When I came back to Putik to have a visit of our house and lot there as well as to inspect our lot situated in Brgy.Culianan,I was really astonished of the development that i was able to see then. The roads were already cemented and concrete. We can already see lots of commercial buildings though not very huge like those that are found uin the city proper, still somehow manifested that the inhabitants are willing to do some changes towards betterness. We can already walk during nigth time in the streets without feeling so afraid because of the street ligthings they had placed. I was very happy with the things that I saw during my visit there.Currently as I am here in Iligan city for my Colloge studies,I do hop that when iu come back there some time in my life,I will still see improvements and nothing but for the betterment of us Filipino people. Long live Brgy.Putik! Long live the entire Zamboanga Peninsula! Most of all "Long live Philippines!".:) ^o^
