¤¤Greetings¤¤ in my 41yrs leaving in this brgy, last sunday's (oct.8-06) flash flood was the biggest "avinida" i've ever experienced. the main road from talon-talon loop going to tugbungan elem. school was full of water. around 400 families were evacuated & even the rubber boats of the phil. navy & coast guard have to be utilized in rescuing people leaving near lopez subd. going to tropical & dakak drive. majority of the houses in Narra drive was also underwater. perhaps this is alrdy the trademark of tugbungan coz eversince the flashfloods was alrdy there. anyway,, just want to say "QUETAL" to some of our compoblanos in the net who are now leaving abroad like RANDY DAGALEA, RAYMOND PIOQUINTO, MR. TARABI ETC.!!! ¤¤ohh yes¤¤ I'm the son of your former elementary grade-III teacher MRS. LOURDES MARTINEZ. my fathter was the school principal in tugbungan from 1988-1997. both are now retired & still doing good...muchas gracias!!
