all i can to this barangay is such a wonderful land...fellowmen live here with a peace of mine...and create with their own solitude...this is such a nice and peaceful barangay,,,i'll grew up and have a peace of mine in this place....this barangay have their own creativity and excellents movement toward the future...victoria is our hometown....which are rich with a differents kinds of talents and statistic..victoria have their own school for a primary level...and have their own qualities to endure toward the goal into the future....and they played with their own differents roll in their life,,,,for all the fellowmen of victoria...."VIVA CON USTEDES TODO"
