Victoria is a wonderful land was created by our god and proved it by the help of fellowmen...this is such a unique place..i call it by my ownself as a land of peace,,,coz people live here with love and harmony to each other...and have a peace of mind,,,,people LIVE HERE WITH A GREAT GRATITUDE AND HAVE THEIR OWN SELF CONFIDENTS,,, i agree that victoria have their own challenge to improve and move it toward the future of our fellowman....it is a beautiful place,,that no one can have the image of that,,,
