i am very happy to have this opportunity to post my comment to my loving place like brgy arena blanco.since 1997 we live there,from that date we dont have any problem except water supply.and this problem has been submited to late our lady mayor ma. clara lobregat but till now no action has been taken.now new mayor her successor son mayor but still nothing happen. kosa ya se mga amigo nuay na gayud pag asa pa?????????
