Information

When I visited Luzuran in 1997, There was a dramatic changed. The barrio captain then Mr. Ibanez did an awesome job. Hopefully the new captain now Efren Perez (whom I know very well) will do the same. From what my mom said, there is now running water and the road that leads to the Reyes's, Pilanga's and the Jose's is now paved. Thanks Efren---keep up the good work---hope to see you all soon.
