Information

according to my parents (armando macasinag and carmencita macasinag) tugbungan was just like a dessert before. where we live there were just 3 houses and after that was dried saltbeds called the "plazer" were in my childhood days was my playground. tugbungan is also surrounded with fishponds and mangroove areas. today you can barely see the "plazer". just last-last week during campaign time for barangay election (my dad run for kagawad) was again the time i had venturing in my barangay and i noticed that there are now lots of houses and the place seemed different. i think it was 10 years ago i last wnet into the places where i used to play...anyways tugbungan is a fast developing barangay. we have our own fleamarket (about 3), hardware, pharmacy, bakeshops, slq, batchoy house, lotto outlet, gasul outlets, ect...
